Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition and packaging.
Certain items, including gift cards and personalized items, may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Pack Your Item – Place your item(s) in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Send it Back – Once approved, ship the item back using the provided return label or preferred shipping method.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact us to start the exchange process. You may need to return the original item before receiving a replacement.
